The Company, which was founded almost three decades ago, is one of the largest wholesale distributors of apparel in its niche. The Company’s primary apparel categories include: Branded Apparel, Sport Shirts, Woven/Denims, Outerwear, Athletic & Spirit Wear, T-Shirts, Fleece Wear and Head Wear.

Major customer industries include large national retailers, uniform decorators, corporate business, athletic, golf and motor sports, specialty retailers and other wholesalers. The Company’s largest customer accounts for only 4% of sales, while the Company’s Top 10 customers account for only 20% of sales.

The Company employs 200 people from its single 200,000 square foot facility. The Company is believed to be the first in its industry to implement a completely paperless tracking system and customer service phone system, which has contributed to the Company’s success and growth. 

The founder and majority shareholder would like to retire from the business while finding a financial partner in order to take the business to the next level. Other shareholders would consider staying on indefinitely after a transaction.
