Collins & Collins Investments has provided expert and confidential management of the valuation, finance, purchase, and sale of Florida businesses since 1975. Douglas Baumwall has invested in and managed several small businesses and now has almost twenty five years of corporate experience. He joined the Firm after becoming licensed to sell businesses in 1989, acquired it in 1994 and moved it to Miami's financial district in 1996. Doug is a member of the Florida Bar's unlicensed practice of law committee, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has rendered fairness opinions for litigation support, is former Chairman of the technology committee for the commercial division of his local Realtor Association, and is Chairman of the technology/MLS committee for the Florida Business Brokers Association. He is a TEC member and volunteer SCORE Counselor. The Florida Association of Realtors and Florida Commercial Magazine have published articles written by Mr. Baumwall. He is a Certified Business Intermediary and teaches continuing professional education to Certified Public Accountants in South Florida.
