Douglas Baumwall has invested in and managed multiple small businesses, joined Collins & Collins Investments in 1989, acquired the Firm in 1994 and moved it to Miami's financial district in 1996. Doug is a member of the Florida Bar's unlicensed practice of law committee, a former member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, served as Chair of the technology committees for the Florida Business Brokers Association and Commercial Division of the local Realtor Association, is a former TEC member and volunteer SCORE Counselor. He has been published by The Florida Association of Realtors and Florida Commercial Magazine and is a Certified Business Intermediary who teaches continuing professional education to Certified Public Accountants in South Florida.

Herb Frank has started, built and managed several companies, two of which were merged into larger publicly traded corporations. His experience includes administration and finance for a toy manufacturer as a partner, marketing, sales and administration for a gift design and production company and as the sole owner of a gift and stationery design and manufacturing company. He has many years of experience providing management and corporate development consulting services to small businesses. Herb has invested an extensive amount of “hands on time” with not-for-profit organizations dealing with physical illness and aiding children living in distress. He has served on several Boards of Directors and as an activist serving his Community.
